Here are a few patches for Blackthorn - A Buildable Town in The Rift.

Blackthorn - Hearthfire Fix

Adds Sack of Flour, Jug of Milk and other Hearthfire ingredients so that they're recognized by the Auto-Sorting and Crafting

Hunterborn

Adds Hunterborn cooking and alchemy ingredients so that they're recognized by the Auto-Sorting and Crafting

Requiem (Unofficial SE Port)

Adds Requiem cooking and alchemy ingredients so that they're recognized by the Auto-Sorting and Crafting

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
