Blackfall Estate is a seemingly ordinary mid-sized house located just outside Riften. However, within its hidden basement is everything an adventurer could need. As long as they wish to do so in secret.

It doesn't matter whether you wish to live a peaceful family life, live the life of a thieving smuggler or sneaky assassin, or are a warrior who just wants to hide your ax collection from nosy neighbors. Blackfall Estate will provide you with a comfortable home suitable for a variety of play styles.

To begin the quest that will enable you to unlock the house, read the notes on the outdoor barbecue area. </ s > </ s > </ s >

This house has everything you would want from a traditional home, including a spacious dinner area and kitchen. A bedroom large enough for you and your spouse, personal study, and enchantment and alchemy areas. Under a hidden staircase you'll find a secure armory and treasurer with available mannequins and plenty of storage space, a spacious crafting area complete with a smelter, and a hidden entrance to Riften. The exterior includes a barbecue area, two gardens with growable soil, two chickens and a stable outside the gate.

The house comes with a ledger that allows you to customize various parts of the house. Includes the option to give your basement three different types of decorations: Universal, Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood. You can also purchase two house extensions from there: a children's room and a vampire coffin located in the basement.

The house is located east of the city walls of Riften.

There is also a hidden trapdoor next to the wall inside the city. Near the Thieves Guild hidden entrance leading to the house.

In order for your spouse and children to move into the estate, TMPhoenix requires multiple adoptions of Hearthfire.

Dark Brotherhood Creed forskyrimmods has redone the Dark Brotherhood crypt with better decorations.
