What does it do?
It moves merchant ships from the Wares of Tamriel out of port so that clipping does not occur.
But how do I get on and off the boat?
On the merchant's ship, head to the bow. There is a static trapdoor that takes you into the harbor.
In the Dawnstar's harbor, head towards the merchant ship's original location (where the warship's ship is now) and there will be a rowboat next to it. It will take you to the merchant's ship.
Should work fine and without issues (I also redid the navmesh because I love pain).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
