Have you ever noticed that every piece of leather armor in Skyrim looks the same? Of course you do, and this mod attempts to change that, adding 9 (15 if you count all changes) new lore-friendly leather armor sets to the game to suit the forging styles of other regions and races. Every time I encounter someone using leather, it will be one of the 15 variations.

Have you ever noticed that every piece of leather armor in Sky Trigger looks the same? Of course you do, and this mod attempts to change that, adding 9 (15 if you count all changes) new lore-friendly leather armor sets to the game to suit the forging styles of other regions and races. Every time I encounter someone using leather, it will be one of the 15 variations. This is done by changing the equipment record of the leather suit in the game, adding the armor to a sublist, then adding those sublists to another sublist of the matching suit, and then placing that sublist in the place of the standard leather suit. This will ensure that when an actor is born wearing leather, it will always be a matching set, sometimes without a helmet.

All armor in this mode has the same properties as ordinary leather armor, and can be crafted and upgraded at any time. The recipe is as follows:

Altmeri leather suit

Altmeri leather breastplate: 2 linen wraps, 4 leather, 4 leather strips.

Altmeri leather boots: 2 pieces of leather, 2 leather strips.

Altmeri Leather Gauntlets: Same recipe as boots. Tempered with leather.

Altmeri Leather Hood: Same recipe as boots and gloves. Tempered with leather.

Atmoran Leather Suit

Atmoran Leather Breastplate: 3 arctic fox skins, 4 leather, 6 leather strips.

Atmoran leather boots: 1 arctic fox skin, 2 leather, 2 leather strips.

Atmoran Leather Gloves: Same recipe as boots.

Atmoran leather helmet: 2 pieces of leather, 2 leather strips.

Colonial militia assembled

Colonial Militia Breastplate: 4 pieces of leather armor, 3 pieces of leather strips.

Colonial Militia Boots: 2 leathers, 2 leather strips.

Colonial Militia Gloves: 1 leather, 2 leather straps.

Colonial Militia Hat (seen in-game as a circle that shows your hair): 2 leather, 1 leather strip.

Cylinder stud set

Cyrodiilic nailed breastplate (brown): 2 linen wrappers, 4 leather, 4 leather strips.

Green nail breastplate (blue): 1 green nail breastplate (brown), 2 blue dye (new ingredients, details later).

Green nail breastplate (red): 1 piece of green nail breastplate (brown), 2 pieces of red dye (new ingredients, details later).

Cyrodiilic spiked boots: 2 leather, 2 leather strips.

Cyrodiilic Nailed Gloves: Same formula as boots. .

Cyrodiilic nail cap (brown): 4 layers of leather, 2 layers of leather strips.

Silicone nail cap (blue): 1 silicone nail cap (brown), 1 blue dye.

Silicone nail cap (red): 1 silicone nail cap (brown), 1 red dye.

Fletcher's leather suit

Fletcher's Leather Gambeson: 4 leather strips, 4 Gambeson fabric (new miscellaneous, more on that later).

Fletcher's leather boots: 2 leather strips, 2 pieces of Gambeson fabric.

Fletcher's Leather Gloves: Same recipe as boots.

Fletcher's Leather Hat (seen in-game as a small ring that shows your hair): 1 Septim, 2 Leather Strips, 2 Leather, 2 Eagle Feathers.

Khajiiti leather suit

Khajiiti Leather Breastplate: 4 leather, 2 leather strips, 3 steel ingots.

Khajiiti Leather Breastplate (Trimmed): Same recipe as Khajiiti Leather Breastplate.

Khajiiti leather boots: 2 pieces of leather, 2 leather strips, 1 steel ingot.

Khajiiti Leather Gauntlets: Same formula as the boots.
