Beyond Skyrim - Moonpath by Bruma + Elsweyr Synergy Patch

This is a small patch that moves the Moonpath from Falkreath to the Khajiit Caravan in Elsweyr to Greenwood in the southernmost tip of Bruma County to enhance the feeling of players traveling through Tamriel. I made the game myself because I love the huge sense of geography that comes with Lord of the Rings Online, and wanted to bring some of that to Skyrim now that we have access to Cyrodiil. This also includes the "Immersion Launch Patch", which is available on the Moon Path to Elsweyr page and makes my Transport and Ferry Travel overhaul compatibility patches redundant. You must uninstall both programs before installing this mod, otherwise you will encounter terrible problems. However, my unofficial Elsweyr patch Moon Path is both compatible and recommended! Just make sure that the "MoonpathEnabler.pex" and "MoonpathEnabler.psc" contained in this file replace the files contained in the unofficial patch.

With this mod installed, the Khajiit will no longer be outside of Forres. They and their wagons will not be part of the game until you complete "Way of Voice." Once completed, they will appear outside of Greenwood, south of Greenwood in Beyond Skyrim-Bruma's world space. You can't miss them. I can't take anything lightly regarding the dialogue referring to Greenwood as a "cold and unforgiving wasteland," but I prefer to assume that Vaelina refers to all of Cyrodiil collectively, which is pretty cold relative to Skyrim despite being warmer than the jungles of Elsweyr.

I am not the original author of the above two mods that this patch relies on. This patch is not supported in any way, shape or form by the original author and is an independent mod with its own responsibilities and shortcomings.

Install

Make sure you have the correct versions of all required mods listed above. I cannot guarantee that any of my patches will be compatible with past or future versions of their corresponding mods.

Please uninstall JR's "Immersive Launch Patch" and "My Elsweyr Stand and Ferry Travel Overhaul Compatibility Patch" if available. They are both redundant and incompatible with this mod.

Download and install the patch, preferably using NMM or MO. If you want to do it manually, you can simply drag and drop the .esp and script files into the Data folder. Both methods require you to replace Moonpath's original esp, so be sure to click "Yes" to this. If you are using a delayed start plugin, you should use the "delayed start" version of this patch, which will replace the original "delayed start plugin" .esp.

Sort the load order in the order specified above!

Uninstall

Uninstall the patch using your Mod Manager, or delete the .esp file from the Data folder and re-download the original Moonpath esp. This should safely revert any changes I made to the original version. However, in general, Skyrim does not support uninstalling mods during playback, which is a practice that should be treated with caution.
