I generally play as a Brittany character, and I've always thought the races in Skyrim lacked balance. This is a very simple edit that changes Brittany's starting stats. Just a quick edit to make them more to my personal liking.
I changed Brittany's magic resistance from 25% to 10%.
They also started with another 20 magicka.
Dragonskin has not been changed.

If you're a Breton who uses the Alteration perk and/or Charm, it's easy to block your Resistors early in the game. I personally don't like this. I prefer to start with a little resistance while getting a head start on total mana. Dragonskin is one of the more valuable powers for my playstyle, so I leave it alone.
