Added simplified fertility cycle that can lead to pregnancy.
Fertility mode replaces the basic pregnancy cycle and is available here.
Oldrim version available here.
describe
In the base game, you can start a family through adoption, but you can't have children or impregnate your spouse. This mod attempts to address this discrepancy by increasing the fertility cycles of fertile women. They can be inseminated, get pregnant, and give birth to Hearthfire-compatible children.
Require
Requires Hearthfire DLC.
The required functionality also supports additional functionality (or is available in the case of Skyrim Special Edition).
Dialogue: An optional patch that adds dialogue options as an alternative to inseminating actors. Considering the relationship hierarchy, both male and female branches are available. This patch is currently in beta and may be expanded to include more complete romance options.
SKSE: Belly node scaling occurs if SKSE is installed. Note that scaling will not work without a body replacement that includes the abdominal node and all necessary dependencies involved. Additionally, clothing and armor will not scale unless they also include abdominal nodes. Without SKSE, vision will not change as pregnancy progresses.
SexLab: If SexLab is installed, the appropriate orgasm event is suspended, which provides an alternative method of insemination.
SexLab Light SE: An optional patch is provided for hooking into SexLab Light SE orgasm events.
Variety of "fireplace" adoption measures: Allowing born children to go to blessed customary homes and BPCs complying with new adoption restrictions 6. Support is provided without any patches.
Flower Girl: An optional patch that allows BPC to hook into scene events and apply insemination when appropriate.
The kids are okay: Optional patch that adds support for additional children's games. Supports Episode 1 without any patches.
RS Children Overhaul: The base version is supported without any patches.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
