White Falls Manor
A killer friendly player's home located just outside Whiterun.
Whitefall Manor is a legendary large players' home outside Whitefall (next to Pelagia's Farm). It's very similar to the Heathfire Manor, except you don't have to choose for wing add-ons: everything is in one house. There is also no craftsmanship of architecture and furniture. The estate can be purchased from the Jarl's Butler and then furnished by your own Butler.
I took great care to stay close to Vanilla's decorating style and placement (also inspired by Hearthfire Manor, but also Vanilla's place of residence in general) to make it the most killer companion. The interior of the house will be regenerated so supplies can be freely accessed. All containers are safe and will not respawn.
feature
greenhouse
Outside the house, there are 50 planters, storage rooms, an alchemy laboratory and display shelves in insect jars.
Additionally, rare and uncommon plants can be grown inside:
-Nirnroot
-Crimson Nirnroot
-Gleamblossom
-scarecrow
-Gray creep cluster
-Graythorn grass
-root
-Huangshan flower
library
With 26 bookshelves, you can store up to 1,000 books. This is enough to store every book available in the game (which also includes skill books, journals, notes, recipes, spell books...)
There are also display cases along with activators for the rarest books in the game, such as the Tome of Ancient Falmer, the Black Book, the Elder Scrolls, The Mythic Dawn Commentary, Orgmar Infinium, and more (the kind of books that should be shown in the game instead of rotten on the chest).
collection room
Comes with custom display activators for many collectibles: Dragon Claw, Cleric Mask, Paragon, Star of Azura, and miscellaneous rare or unique/quest-related items such as Avak's Skeleton, Falmer's Right Eye, Aretino Family Heirloom, Initiator's Eclipse, Runed Lexicon, and more. (Some souvenirs from missions you complete should be displayed somewhere, not sold or forgotten on your chest).
It also features 8 weapon racks, display cases and two mannequins for Daedric artifacts + 1 large and 2 small trophy bases.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Dragon Priest Mask will lose its forged upgrades when displayed (as the script does not work as a mannequin or weapon rack). If you want to keep upgrades, store them in a cabinet.
armory
Comes with 7 mannequins, 12 weapon racks, 5 weapon plaques and 8 display cases. Also includes forging furniture (tanning rack, armored workbench, anvil, grindstone). Similar to the Hearthfire Armory, but with more shelves and storage space.
kitchen
Lots of food and ingredient storage, including Hearthfire ovens and butter churns.
Main hall and back hall
Spacious main room with fireplace, dining table, storage room and more. Also includes 3 large and 3 small trophy bases.
Master bedroom and children's room
The house is compatible with the adoption system. Like any vanilla house, spouses and children can move in and behave as if they were in the Hearthside House. While you sleep, you are also comforted by your lover - the love of your father/mother. There are only two children's beds and I have no plans to add more.
A mirror can be found in the master bedroom, which you can use to change your character's appearance (only available in the limited race menu: race, name, and gender cannot be changed, such as Dawnguard's Face Sculptor).
Also included is a small exterior porch with beautiful views of Whiterun.
Staff room and butler's room
Nothing special, a room for the butler and two rooms with two beds: one of them will be used by the guard and the bard, the second will remain free. Another mod can be used to add two more people. However, all beds are unoccupied, so if you choose not to hire a bard and doorman, four additional beds are available.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
