Here we've got a few goodies for your new game, and the backpack is placed in Helgen Keep, so you'll encounter it early on to aid in your quest for greatness. When you first enter, the backpack is placed almost next to the fallen soldier

Base armor and weapons slightly changed

Included in the backpack are the following;

Necklace: 1000 Magicka points

Ring: 1000 points of health

Stalhrim Armor: 100% magic resistance and 200% health regeneration

Stalhrim Boots: 100% muffle and 1000 carry weight points (a lot when you start, you have to keep dropping items until you can buy your first house)

Stalhrim Gauntlets: 200% better archery, 200% better lockpicking and 200% one hand

Stalhrim Helm: 200% better speech, 350% smithing and 350 stamina points

2 x Stalhrim War Axes (converted to one-handed weapons) both have 200 Fire, Frost and Shock damage

1 x Stalhrim Bow: 200 Fire, Frost and Shock damage (with 100 Stalhrim Arrows)
