what is this for
Added new meshes and 2K textures for Skyrim's hives (burned version included). Optimize the mesh using SSE Nif Optimizer.
***Seeing another recently (very nice) re-set of the Hive, I was reminded that Steven's Beauty mode is no longer available. Digging around on my hard drive and realizing I still have a copy. (I believe there may have been some optional files initially, but I only have what I selected.) I think more options are always better.

steveowashere did all the work. I just optimized for SSE.

I'm retired from modding. Anyone is free to share this or any of my mods however they want, modify, repackage, convert or otherwise. Anyway, please don’t make money

WHAT THIS DOES
Adds new meshes and 2K textures for Skyrim's apiaries (burned version included). Meshes optimized with SSE Nif Optimizer.
*** Seeing the other recent (very good) retexture for apiaries, I was reminded of steveowashere's beautiful mod from classic Skyrim which is no longer available. Dug around on my harddrive and realized I still had a copy. (I believe there may have been some optional files originally but I have only what I selected.) I figure more options are always better.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
