About this mod Machine translation

This mod automatically equips/unequips the player's, follower's or all NPC's helmets after drawing/sheathing the weapon.

describe

If you equip the helmet while your weapon is drawn, it will automatically unequip after your weapon sheath, and if you equip it while your weapon is drawn, it will remain equipped. You can add this effect to a follower or all NPCs via a force configuration spell. If you want to add this effect to a minion's helmet, draw your weapon, ask your minion to do the same and then give it to the minion.

uninstall

Fire all your fans, go to a secluded indoor unit, run the PCB console command, disable the mod with a configure spell, save the game, delete the mod, load the save game and save again then delete the unattached scripts from the safe file with a save cleaner like Fallrim Tools.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
