About this mod Machine translation
Added a new dedicated volume slider for Skyrim Audiobooks to the Audio menu in System Settings.
Audio Settings for Skyrim Audiobooks is a small patch that adds a new volume slider control to the Audio section of the System Settings menu that can be used to manually adjust the volume of audiobook narration added by Skyrim Audiobooks (AoS). The slider starts at 100%, so the default volume should be the same as AoS.
Skyrim SE will generally not remember the volume settings of the mod's added volume slider after exiting. I recommend installing SSE Engine Fixes to resolve this issue, but the audio settings for Skyrim audiobooks will work fine without it. You just need to adjust the new AoS slider every time you play.
Installation is simple: it's just an ESP file. Make sure it's after Skyrim.esp's audiobooks in the load order, otherwise the new slider will do nothing!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
