Fixed incompatibility issue between ACE and modified armor CBBE
If you use Armor and Clothing Extensions with the reshaped Armor CBBE SE, you will see issues such as missing textures and clothing parts. Here are some examples.
Monks do not wear underpants and leggings.
The robe does not use the proper textures provided by ACE.
Female Jarls do not wear the panties and leggings offered by Remodeled Armor CBBE. Such as Elisif's Laila gift giver.
TwistedAllegro has addressed and resolved the texturing issue, but the issue of missing garment parts remained unresolved for a long time until PMB addressed and suggested a solution on the Remodeled Armor CBBE SE forum. My work is based on the ideas of these two individuals and provides the community with the latest solutions. As such, it replaces the Armor and Clothing Expansion - Reshape Armor CBBE (Alternate Version) patch.

If you use Armor and Clothing Extensions along with Remodeled Armor CBBE SE, you will see problems like missing textures and clothing parts. Here are a few examples.
Monks do not wear panties and leggings.
Robes do not use proper textures provided by ACE.
Female Jarls do not wear panties and leggings provided by Remodeled Armor CBBE. e.g. Laila Law-giver, Elisif.
The texture issue had been addressed and fixed by TwistedAllegro but the missing clothing parts problem was untouched for long time until PMB addressed and suggested a solution in Remodeled Armor CBBE SE forum. My work is based on these two people's ideas and to provide the up-to-date solution to the community. Thus, it supersedes Armor and Clothing Extension - Remodeled Armor CBBE (replacer version) Patch.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
