Felicity (or Feli) is a basic (vanilla voiced) Argonian minion with a unique skin and body (dark)
She can be found near companions, Skyforge wandering the crossroads
She has no default armor, but her level is the same as her leveling, so if you meet her at level 40, she will also be at level 40 for a level 40 item. Her only requirements are Skyrim.esm and Update.esm
compatibility:

shes has no default armor, however her inventory is scaled as is her leveling, so if you meet her at level 40 she will also be level forty with level 40 items. her only requirements are Skyrim.esm and Update.esm
