Another new but slightly identical SkyHud preset

by Captain cooked·v1.0·Updated 2020-04-22

Are people still posting this stuff? I couldn't find a SkyHud preset that I was 100% happy with, so I made my own. The idea is to keep everything a reasonable size, but also avoid! Hope this helps!

This preset moves the health bar, magic wand and stamina bar, and notifications to the upper left corner of the screen, keeps the compass and charge meter in their original positions, and moves the ammo counter to the lower right corner. I'd like to see the target aligned to the default size and position of the target reticle, and I'm guessing everyone knows what their keys are, so the action key prompts are removed.

I couldn't find a SkyHud pre-set that I was 100% happy with, so I made my own. The idea was to keep everything reasonably big, but also out of the way! Hope it helps!

This preset moves the health, magicka, and stamina bars, as well as notifications to the top left of the screen, keeps the compass and charge meters where they originally were in vanilla, moves the ammo counter to the bottom right. The target reticule is at its default size and position, as I like to see where I'm aiming, and the Action key prompt has been removed as I'm guessing that everyone knows what their use key is.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
