Breezehome simply improved.
Oldrim version is here
This idea was actually one of my first remodeling projects. I've made so many Breezehome mods that I've lost count. First is simple esp. Then gradually I used more resources, but it was always a little crazy. I then adapted Eli's Breezehome to my liking. These are the last thoughts and my last attempt at making the (simple) Breezehome of my dreams, haha.
I always hated the fact that in order to get the kids' rooms you needed to give up the alchemy room you'd already paid for, and then what, a place without alchemy? Won't work!
That's it. No loose assets.
feature:
- Upgrade furniture to Noble and Upper
- Plenty of storage space everywhere
- Children's Room takes all items out of the upgrade pack and enables them from the start. You may still need to purchase the package from Steward, b/c there may be some scripting that needs to happen.
- New dining table
- Fireside chairs and side tables
- New alchemy and enchantment areas, as well as staff enchantments
- Office space for your business matters and writing letters
- Improved bedroom with storage, furniture and some decorations
- Navmesh has been adjusted
- Clean w/ latest xEdit 4.something. First it's completely clean. Then I enabled a column that wasn't enabled and suddenly it had some stupid error that I don't know how to fix. To be honest, I've searched the web for an explanation of the error, including on the "official" xEdit forums, and still haven't found it. So don't report this bug. This module works. It's useful. so be happy
future:
- Add stuff to your arsenal
compatibility:
JK’s Whiterun: Yes, not edited outside (yet)
Alternate start: There is a problem. You appear upstairs in the attic. That's fine, but for some reason the kids' stuff doesn't show up even after purchasing the pack from Steward, even though I've separated everything and enabled it in the beginning. Then I found Runa to see if I could adopt her. And of all the times she wasn't hanging around the Eldergleam tree...
Is there anything else to change the Breezehome interior: None
anything else? Please let me know and I'll add it to this list.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
