about
These animations are a by-product of my little research project on creating (creating tools for) physically feasible animations.
I'm a programmer, not an animator. So it's been a learning process for me. Hope you still get some help from this.
state
Walk, run, sprint.
Run and sprint for men.
Faster weapon drawing for 2-handed weapons. (I know, it's a bit random.)
Install
Please install using Mod Organizer or NMM. The mod comes with an installer with lots of options.
I recommend you first install the mod with all animations enabled and try it out before reinstalling with your preferred animations.
I recommend Mod Organizer, it's a great program. I no longer use NMM but was told the installer would work.
Known issues
No cape animation? Finally there's a physics-based solution: a cloak with HDT physics written by kryptongirlkara.
The sprint looks silly, equipped with shields. ->Use a mod that automatically unequips the shield when the weapon is sheathed.
You have a custom skeleton and the torch isn't working? ->Run FNIS with the "Skeleton Arm Fix" patch enabled.
The running animation was created for normal running speed (light armor). If heavy armor/weapons slow you down, the animation will look wrong. I even tried modifying the behavior file to fix this problem, but it didn't work. This issue exists in the vanilla game and all animation modules are there. Maybe it's more noticeable for my mod because the focus is on being physically plausible.
plans for the future
Cancel!
walking is better
sneak
Jump
Thanks
Thank you for your kind words and recognition. Even in its unfinished state, this mod has more approval than Animated Shout Farting, so I'm pretty happy with it. No, but importantly, all positive feedback is greatly appreciated. <3

Excellent sprint reference
Thanks to UrShack for helping me fix the 360 animation.

Status
Walk, run, sprint for females.
Run and sprint for males.
Faster weapon drawing for 2 handed weapons. (I know, it's a bit random.)
Installation
Please install with either Mod Organizer or NMM. The mod comes with an installer with lots of options.
I suggest you install the mod with all animations enabled first, try it out, then reinstall again with the ones you liked.
I recommend Mod Organizer, it's a really great program. I don't use NMM anymore, but I'm told that the installer works.
Known Problems
No cloak animations? There's finally a physics based solution: Capes with HDT physics by kryptongirlkara.
The sprint looks rather stupid with a shield equipped. -> Use a mod that automatically unequips the shield when you sheath your weapon.
You have a custom skeleton and the torch doesn't work? -> Run FNIS with the "Skeleton Arm Fix" patch enabled.

I even tried modifying the behavior files to fix this, but it's not working. This problem exists in the vanilla game and with all animation mods out there. Maybe it's just more noticeable with my mod since the focus is on being physically plausible.
Plans for the future
Canceled!
Better walk
Sneak
Jump
Thank You
Thank you for all the kind words and the endorsements. Even in this unfinished state this mod has more endorsement than Animated Shout Farting, so I'm …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
