Anil's pursuit speeds up

If you've already found Keening, just offer it without talking to Enthir.

If you already have Keening, you have to go to Enthir, who says he doesn't know what it is and tells you to go to the courier.

You must then return and give the dagger to Arniel (if you return to the courier's body, the search will not continue).

All of this can be interesting during the first playthrough (listening to Enthir's dialogue), but in the long run it becomes a bit boring IMO.

This speeds up the process and allows you to send Keening to Arniel without any hassle.

The patch does not edit the mission itself, so it should be compatible with everything.
