There are "Human" and "Vampire" options.
There are HG Hairdos and KS Hairdos options to choose from.
Serana/Amaya Follower mod uses HG Hairdos and Mikan Eyes:

What are the main differences between the human and vampire presets?
Humans use "beautiful eyes" (green eyes) - Toothless
Vampires use Mikan Eyes (red eyes) -WITH Fangs

Vampire uses Mikan Eyes (Red eyes) - WITH Fangs
