Alvis Cottage

A cabin just north of Skaal Village with tons of custom storage and standard containers. Can accommodate 2 children and 2 fans or 4 fans. This home is compatible with Hearthfire multiple adoptions if using the 2 kids option model. It has 2nd level, 1st level and 2nd level in one unit with only one loading door to access all loading doors.

2.0 Player Home: Alvis Cottage is located on the waterside north of Skaal Village. Alvis Cottage has all your production needs. Bethesda Link Containers securely store everything you need to store. The cottage features a kitchen dining area, study, children's bedroom on the first floor (with option to convert to a fan), master bedroom on the second floor, guest bedroom on the lower level, bathing area and secret showroom. The secret room is a tribute to the DLC2 adventure.

The lower floor includes sleeping spaces for two followers, a bathing area as well as two planters and a portal. A custom spell that allows NPC followers to remove armor when entering the bathing area. The house key is on the front door chest. If you use a mod to follow your home, then their areas are their areas, or the main floor and cellar. The cellar also has a portal that takes you to the Four Stones and Tel Mithryn.

If you want your family to move here, use the Custom Family Home Mod to move them or Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions. If you use Hearthfire, it will state that the home supports two children's beds (if children's beds are selected). If you don't want kids and four fans, there's a button on the wall that switches the children's sleeping area to the adult following area. In this case, do not use this family spell from the Hearthfire multi-adoption mod.

There is a secret room, see if you can find it.

This mod is not compatible with other house mods in the same cell. House mods are standalone mods and will conflict with other house mods.
