About this mod Machine translation
Now, no matter what, you can buy Breezehome after restoring Gildergreen. Vanilla option is still available.
On request, for those using an alternate starting point, etc.
Now, no matter what, you can buy Breezehome after restoring Gildergreen. All you need to do is complete the mission "Nature's Blessing" and you will be able to buy a house from Proventus. This mod is "safe" and can be left in the game where the main quest is intended to be played normally. The condition is "or" and the original condition "or" is complete. In short, you can buy a home either way.
Incidentally, this also allows someone doing an alternate launch to buy any house anywhere in the normal way. (Being Thane, etc.) This obviously didn't work beforehand, as the house-buying mission was somehow enabled in the intro. When skipping starts, the trigger is skipped to enable it.
Compatibility/Performance:
This does not affect Breezehome itself, just an exact theme for the house being sold, so it should be compatible with almost everything. It has nothing to do with the "Nature's Blessing" mission, I just use it as a convenient "offer" to unlock options for buying a house.
Now, it touches on the home buying task as well. I don't know what else to change in this task, but it will conflict with anything. When in doubt, load any new housing mods after this.
I've checked this against the unofficial Skyrim Special Edition patch. It's been restored appropriately, so that's good.
Install:
It's just an ESP, so pop it into your Data folder, activate it and continue.

——————————————————————————————————————————
By request, for those who use alternate starts, etc.
You can now buy Breezehome after restoring the Gildergreen by any means. All you need to do is complete the quest The Blessings of Nature, and you will be able to buy the house from Proventus. This mod is "safe" to leave in a game where you intend on playing the main quest normally, as well. The condition is an "or", and the original condition "or"s are intact. In short, you can gain the ability to buy the house either way.
This ALSO, incidentally, allows people who have done alternate starts buy any houses anywhere in the normal fashion. (Becoming Thane, etc.) This apparently did not work beforehand, as the House Purchase quest is somehow enabled in the intro. When you skip the start, you skip the trigger to enable it.
COMPATIBILITY/PERFORMANCE:
This does not touch Breezehome itself, only the one exact topic to sell the house, so it should be compatible with almost anything. It does not touch the quest The Blessings of Nature, I merely used it as a convenient "favor" to unlock the option to purchase the house.
Now, it also touches the House Purchase quest. I don't know what else might change that quest, but it will conflict with anything that does. If in doubt, load any new house mods after this one.
I've checked this against the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch. It has been fixed appropriately, so it's good to go.
INSTALLATION:
It's just an ESP, so pop it in your Data folder, activate it, and go.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
