All Scream Magic Feats and Skills
所有呐喊魔法特长和技能
About this mod Machine translation
A mod that gives you all the Shouts, Magic, Perks and Skills, as well as the Shout Dragon Soul, and removes the Shout recovery timer.
To use, obtain the allsmps.txt file and place it in your main skyrim directory (which contains Skyrim.exe or SkyrimSE.exe)
Once the file is in, load your save, open a command prompt using (') and type bat allsmps and that's it!
WARNING: If you are not using Skyrim Special Edition and the DLC shoutout does not work, it means that your DLC load order does not match the first two digits of the file's DLC code.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
