Skyrim Universal Mage????
Inspired by MHA's All For One, this mod allows you to steal spells from NPCs and combine their effects! At its core, spell crafting is a bit of a twist. This mod adds a new spellbook at the very top of the world's throat (via a pickaxe). Find it and read it to unleash the power in all of you!
There are two new alteration spells, one that lets you steal all of an NPC's spells and render them unable to use magicka. Another spell allows you to combine the effects of all spells you've learned/stolen.
However, when combining spells, the base spell you choose determines the spell's target and casting type. This means that if you combine Ice Spike with Invisibility, you will make the person hit by Ice Spike invisible! Use this to your advantage to get some crazy combos (e.g. Flames and Ice Spikes constantly catapulting ice screens). The more spells you add, the more expensive the combo spell becomes.
Check out some sample combinations in the video.
Should also work with mods that add additional spells (such as Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim), but have not been tested yet.

Install
If installed using the Mod Manager, sometimes the SpellCraft plugin file will not load, so you may have to install it manually by placing the SKSE folder into the Data/ directory.

First revision, let me know if there are any mistakes!
I plan to add a more in-depth spelling skills mod in the future, I'm basically just doing this to test the functionality of my SKSE addon and learn how to mod Skyrim.

Skyrim All For One Mage????
Inspired by All For One from MHA, this mod allows you to steal spells from NPCs and combine their effects! Essentially spell crafting with a twist. This mod adds a new spell tome at the very top of the Throat of the World (by the pickaxe). Find and read it to unleash the powers of All For One!
There are two new alteration spells, one that allows you to steal all the spells of an NPC on touch and render them unable to use magicka. The other spell allows you to combine the effects of all the spells you've learned/stolen.
However, when combining spells, the spell you choose as a base is what dictates the targets and casting type of your spell. That means that if you combine Ice Spike with Invisibility, you will make the people you hit with Ice Spike invisible! Use this to your advantage to get some crazy combinations (e.g. Flames and Ice Spike for a continuous barrage of ice spikes). The more spells you add, the more expensive your combo spell will be.
Check the videos for some example combinations.
Should also work with mods that add additional spells like Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim, but this hasn't been tested.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
