AH Hotkeys - Skyrim Hotkey Manager SSE

Ah, hotkey SSE version 3.0 is now released. The goal of this mode is to allow any equipment that can be equipped, including equipment sets, and to allow automatic casting of spells and shouts.

*Note: There are a lot of questions about this, so I put this notice at the top. To automatically cast spells, install the "Control Map" included in the file download. Additionally, as of now, the shout key needs to be a keyboard key in Skyrim's settings so that the shout is automatically issued, rather than a mouse button. *

August 13, 2018: Bug fix version 3.01 released. This fixes a bug where Shout and Find were not appearing in the Shout List list.

Function does not work in "shout" list.

August 12, 2018: V3.0 released. Major new features include: improved responsiveness and speed in generating inventory lists, identifying and equipping specific user-obsessed and tempered items, improved bike options, macros (including one to quickly open the AH hotkey MCM page with a hotkey), performing and editing a device's Actions menu outside of the MCM, automatically adding potions with specific magic effects to the device, user-definable and changeable modifier keys, and the addition of a fourth modifier key.

April 18, 2018: V2.03 released. Fixed some bugs in bound weapon auto-casting and updated the full package of AH hotkeys to JContainers 4.1 for SkyRIM 1.5.39 and SKSE 2.07. See the changelog, specifically Re: Update JContainers to 4.1 before updating (i.e.: 1) backup hotkeys (to external files in configuration screen); 2) AH hotkeys appear to be deactivated after update - "reinstall" AH hotkeys in configuration screen; 3) restore backed up hotkeys from configuration screen).

March 24, 2018: V2.02 released. Fixed incorrect ability (vs. Shout), incorrect multiple casts.

March 19, 2018: V2.01 released. The only change is the inclusion of the UILIB_1.pex script file from SkyUILib, which was missing from the original v2.0 version of the full package. This is required for SkyUI Lib functions to work, such as text input boxes, some list boxes, notifications and text boxes.

March 13, 2018: SkyRIM SE first version. This isn't just a port of the last LE version 1.8.1 - I've fixed a few things like making spellcasting and shoutcasting a bit more reliable, including device settings switching behavior and a few other things. See the change log.

feature:

  • Assign hotkeys to equipment groups ("Equipment Groups"). Equipment can include weapons, armor, clothing, spells, shouts, powers, scrolls, potions, food, ingredients and anything else that can be equipped (torches, etc.), including other equipment sets.

Armored equipment, equipped with different armor and/or clothing loadouts. Select Clear all other items first.

Devices chained together, executed by a single keystroke - for example: shout unyielding strength, cast oak flesh, shoot fireballs, ice spikes, drink potions, fire lightning waves. T and so on from a key (or alternate mouse button).

  • Hot keys can be composed of any combination of keyboard keys (including numeric keyboard keys), mouse buttons, and keys including ALT, control keys, and shift modifier keys. An almost unlimited number of hotkeys that can be assigned and equipment groups created.

-With version 3.0, modifier keys can be changed to any other key. It is also possible to define a fourth modifier key (in addition to ALT, Control, Shift).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
