The mod allows players to adopt the ghost child Helgi.
After talking to Jarl to collect the rewards for completing the mission "Rest in Peace", head to the burned house in Morthal. You will find Helgi here and she will be adopted.
Helgi sometimes takes a long time to move from Morthal to her new house. Try traveling between distant map locations to pass the time, and eventually she should be at your home.
如果您像我一样,很久以前就已完成《下班休息》,但仍想采用Helgi,则可以使用控制台让Helgi出现在被烧毁的房屋中:startquest ms14helgiadopt
Obviously, don't use this console command if you haven't finished Quiet Rest, or it will mess up your game.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once Helgi is adopted, the game will treat her like any other adopted child. To unadopt Helgi, you cannot just disable this mod. You need to do something that allows you not to adopt any children. In old Skyrim, this could be done by disabling Hearthfire entirely and then re-enabling it; I don't know what Skyrim SE can do.
-Mod Compatibility Information-
Mod compatibility shouldn't be an issue in most cases. Tested by USSEP, Hearth Multi-Adoption, RS Children, "The kids are fine". The mod that changes Helgi's appearance has a slight conflict with this mod. Considering compatibility, adopting Helgi is not an issue, depending on the load order, only her appearance (e.g. custom clothes) and/or her name will be affected.
If you use "The Kids Are Alright", download the optional file "Adopt Helgi Ghost-TKAA" and load it under "The Kids Are Alright" and "Adopt Helgi Ghost".
If using RS Children, download the optional file "Adopt Helgi Ghost - RS Children" and load it under RS Children and "Adopt Helgi Ghost".
Prince and Pauper don't really affect Helgi, so no patches are needed, at least for now.

Mod to allow player to adopt Helgi the ghost child.
After talking to the Jarl to collect the rewards for completing the quest Laid to Rest, go to the burned house in Morthal. You'll find Helgi there, and she will be adoptable.
Helgi sometimes takes a long time to move from Morthal to her new house. Try traveling between faraway map locations to pass the time, and eventually she should be at your house.
If you're like me and have finished Laid to Rest a long time ago, but still want to adopt Helgi, you can get Helgi to appear at the burned house by using the console: startquest ms14helgiadopt
Obviously, don't use this console command if you are NOT yet done Laid to Rest, otherwise you'll mess up your game.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once Helgi is adopted the game treats her just like any other adopted kid. To unadopt Helgi you can't just disable this mod; you'll need to do something that allows you to unadopt any kid. In old Skyrim it was possible to do this by disabling Hearthfire entirely and then re-enabling it again; I don't know what can be done for Skyrim SE.
- Mod Compatibility Info -
Mod compatibility should, for the most part, not be a problem. Tested with USSEP, Hearthfire Multiple Adoption, RS Children, The Kids Are Alright. Mods that change Helgi's appearance have slight conflict with this mod. Adopting Helgi is not a problem where compatibility is concerned, it's just her appearance (e.g. custom clothing) and/or her name that's affected, depending on your load order.
If you use The Kids Are Alright, download the optional file "Adopt Helgi Ghost - TKAA" and load it below both The Kids Are Alright and Adopt Helgi Ghost.
If you use RS Children, download the optional file "Adopt Helgi Ghost - RS Children" and load it below both RS Children and Adopt Helgi Ghost.
Prince and Pauper doesn't really affect Helgi so no patch is …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
