Unofficial patch between "Adamant" and "Economy Overhaul" and "Speechcraft Improvements" uploaded upon request. Finally, Adamant's name, text, and minor gameplay changes have all been carried over, while all bartering and economic changes were intended for the economy overhaul.

Privileged Client: Reduced skill requirement from 100 to 90, consistent with Adamant's changed capstone requirements.

Stormwind (20/60): Damage-dealing shouts are 50/100% more powerful.

Northern Dragon (40/80): Your shout cooldown is reduced by 10/20%.

Persuasion (30): Persuasion and intimidation attempts are more likely to succeed.

Bounty Hunter (40): Receive 50% gold rewards from bounty missions.

Bribery (50): You can bribe guards to ignore crimes.

Vendors (20): You can sell goods to general merchants, innkeepers, hunters, miners, and farmers for higher prices.

Metallurgist (30): You can sell items to the Blacksmith, Fletcher, and Jeweler at better prices.

Khajiit's Connection (40): You can sell goods to Khajiit's Caravan for a higher price, but the price is still relatively low.

Expert Seller (50): You can sell items to mages, tailors, and alchemists for a higher price.

Known Thief (60): You can sell items to fences for a higher price.

Investor (70): Each merchant in the world obtains 500 gold by bartering. You can invest 500 gold in a shopkeeper to permanently increase their available gold by 1000.

Black Market (80): You can sell stolen items to any merchant.

Privileged Customers (90): The merchants you invest in will sell valuable and exclusive items.
