If you are like me and were disappointed with vanilla frost spiders, then this mod is for you. This mod replaces the vanilla Frostbite Spider skeleton with a new custom skeleton designed to give Skyrim a more traditional Arachnid look, rather than the vanilla jumping spider body plan. Working within the confines of the vanilla web, I adjusted the jaws, limbs, abdomen and made some subtle changes to the spider. The result was a nightmare frost spider that would strike terror into anyone who ventured into the depths of Skyrim. This affects all spiders in Skyrim. ! ! ! seeing is believing! ! ! ! ! ! seeing is believing! ! ! ! ! ! Animations, combat and killing moves are still flawless! ! !

[[[MOD COMPATIBILITY]]]

Absolute Arachnophobia uses a custom skeleton for the vanilla Spider and will override any mod that changes the skeleton of the vanilla Frostbite Spider. Mods that drastically change the vanilla skeleton, such as "Realistic Ragdoll and Force" should be compatible as long as "Absolute Arachnophobia" is installed after these mods and allows its files to be overwritten.

Should be fully compatible with any texture mod, as this mod does not contain its own skeleton-only textures. This also makes it compatible with most other creature models that don't edit vanilla skeletons.

[[[INSTALLATION]]]

It is recommended to use Mod Manager or your favorite mod manager.

Install "Absolute Arachnophobia" after any mod that makes changes to Vanilla Frost Spider, and click "Yes to all" when prompted to overwrite any files.

There is no "esp plugin" for this mod.
