Achieve double the spice
This mod replaces the vanilla helmet/headgear model and users are encouraged to install and use it to their liking.
There are 4 male species and 1 female species. Choose/make your own.
Master custom configuration file allows mixing and matching - information at end of page - 5)
File - Different Cut - Configure to Replace_0 Model.
There are 2 models in the game. The suffixes for these files are _0 and _1.
The different cutout only replaces the _0 model, which means in game you will see npcs wearing the vanilla model and this new model because there is no replacement for model_1.
The NPCs that will still use the normal model (_1) are the NPCs with a weight of exactly 100. NPCs with different weights will use this new model (_0)
For a male, helmeted person, NPC with weight 100 is 50-50 (%).
For low profile/weakest male precum, the distribution is 50-50 (%) for those wearing type_0 and those without helmets.
The parent Cut is configured for the _1 model. It's difficult to speculate on how the female population might be distributed among the different weights, since they're not as common as among men, and it's difficult to test the idea. From what I've seen, it's about the same as men.
Installation notes:
- The different cuts are named/established at _0, which means that a new model will be shown for the player character only if the weight of the player character is also less than 100.
- Renaming the file with the suffix swap from _0 to _1 will make NPC and player characters with a weight of 100 appear with the new model.
- Vanilla can be completely replaced if desired by copying the same file and renaming it to _1.
- Mix and match your own selections (use pictures to guide you)
5)
a) "Custom - Lost Boy Cut" replaces the male models _0 and _1 with 2 different models, and (only) replaces the female's _1 weight.
b) Male models are _0 (horizontal cut) and _1 (Hircine cut)
c) If you are a beast race, you can choose the model and weight you want independently of any (human) distribution.
Don't try to replace armor manually. A helmet is one thing, an open helmet (without a head slot) that does not scale with weight is another.
Mesh changes (no changes to base vanilla model)
Closed two holes in male trailer helmet with small antlers closed
Overall scaling and placement
Reduce hard edges and bulk
Remove bones and/or place differently
The clip should not exist.
Beast females now have an actual headdress instead of a dozen feathers with armor values on them
If you are a beast racer and just want a new model for your player character, you can manually install the only files required for the race.
This is the folder structure of the file data/meshes/clothes/forswornarmor/
Compatibility - Compatible with everything - except the Forsworn Armor Redux mod. This mod only replaces the helmet files, everything else plays together.
Suggestions -> Rustic clothes (texture)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
