About this mod Machine translation

Each race starts at level 1, and attribute points are distributed in a lore-friendly manner. Then, starting at level 5, and every 5 levels up to 75+, you'll gain additional attribute points to further flesh out your character. Likewise, every 5 levels starting at 5th, you will improve a skill by 5 points.

2036/5000 These are specific skills that increase every 5 levels and continue to gain attribute bonuses based on race.

Imperialists improved their oratory skills.

Nords raised his hands.

The Bretons upped their charisma.

The Redguards improve their Smith.

The Argonians improved their Lockpicking.

High elves will improve their destruction.

Wood elves improve their archery skills.

Dark Elves will improve their changes.

Orcs have upgraded heavy armor.

Khajiit improved their stealth.

This mod is compatible with any level save as I intuitively made the changes to only depend on the level once. It scans for level changes every second and increases your skills/attributes accordingly.

In addition to changing the way the stats are compiled, I've also included six other "free" mods, for a total of seven.

I chose to call this overhaul kit "Audacity" because it needed to be done to overcome all of Skyrim's shortcomings so late in its development life... especially when there were already tons of other mods aiming to do just that.

Here are the 7 minis I created to customize my own overhaul "Audacity":

-alchemy

The main potions (Health, Magic, and Stamina) work over time and are particularly suited to the higher attributes you'll be dealing with.

-armory

Well planned armor to handle increased weapon and attribute stats.

-Orcs

While the list of beasts and monsters varies and is still a work in progress, there are still plenty.

-economy

Be quick and get to the point, sell high, buy low, things will only get better from day one.

-in stock

It's not so much a clever operation as it is inventory, which can also be called "items" because that's what it is: price, weight, and availability.

-society

Tamriel's 10 games are now more unique than ever (as mentioned above).

-Weapons and equipment

As you'd expect, the weapons are... more destructive, and the differences between materials are smaller.

These are the specific skills that increase at every 5th level along with a continued Attribute bonus based on race.

Imperials improve their Speechcraft.

Nords improve their 2-Handed.

Bretons improve their Conjuration.

Redguards improve their Smithing.

Argonians improve their Lockpicking.

High Elves improve their Destruction.

Wood Elves improve their Archery.

Dark Elves improve their Alteration.

Orcs improve their Heavy Armor.

Khajiit improve their Sneak.

This mod is compatible with saves of any level, because I have intuitively crafted the changes to take effect only once depending on level. It scans every second for changes to level, and adds to your skill/attribute(s) accordingly.

In addition to changing the way stats are formulated, I have included a host of six other "complimentary" mods, for a total of seven.

I have chosen to call this overhaul suite "Audacity", because it takes that to try and overcome all of Skyrim's shortcomings this late in its development life... especially when there are already a ton of other mods out there that aim to do this.

Here are the 7 mini-mods that I have created in order to tailor my own overhaul, "Audacity":

  • Alchemy

The main potions (health, magic, and stamina) work over time, and are especially geared towards the higher stats you'll be dealing with.

  • Armory

Meticulously planned Armor for dealing with the increased Stats of Weapons and Attributes as well.

  • Bestiary

Still a work in progress, though the list of Beasts and Monsters isn't endless, there are still a lot of them.

  • Economy

Quick and to the point, sell higher, buy lower, and it only gets better from Day 1.

  • Inventory

Not so much an ingenious maneuv …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
