From Skyrim Non-Special Edition.
This mod replaces the default sky star and galaxy textures with new higher resolution stars. You can choose from 6 different galaxy textures (in the Files section): Milky Way, Atlantis Galaxy, Horsehead Nebula, Vanilla Galaxy, Blue Milky Way and Veil Nebula. All come with new 2K star textures.
I highly recommend using the 4K Milky Way or 4K Atlantis textures for best results.
Install
Place the textures folder into the Skyrim/Data folder or install using Vortex or another mod installer.
uninstall
Remove Skyrimgalaxy.dds and Skystars.dds from Skyrim/Data/textures/sky
compatibility
This mod should be compatible with every other mod since it just changes the texture. Make sure to load this mod after any other mod that changes star or galaxy textures.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
