Remove multiplayer player limit
✨ **Gather your expedition team! **Tired of climbing towers with only 3 friends? This mod elegantly breaks the 4-player online limit of the original "Slay the Spire 2", allowing you to adventure with up to **16 partners**!
Perfectly supports **8 players** by default and can be easily adjusted through settings.

✨ Core Functions
- **👥 Expanded multiplayer connection**: Increase the maximum number of people in the lobby to 16 people (default is 8 people).
- ⚠️ **NOTE**: Lobbies with more than 8 people may experience rendering errors and UI issues.
- **🏕️Expanded Campfire Seating**: Character models will no longer overlap when there are more than 4 players. The campfire automatically generates front and rear seats with additional background stakes to ensure everyone has a seat.
- **💰 Neat Store Layout**: When large groups of people visit merchants, player models are automatically arranged into a neat grid (rows and columns) to prevent crowding and overlap.
- **🎁 Smart Chest Room**: The relic selection screen automatically scales, intelligently dividing **relic slots** into two perfectly centered rows when needed.
- **📝 Customizable Cap**: Adjust the maximum number of players (4-16) directly in the "General" tab under the "Mods" section of the in-game settings screen.
- **⚔️Dynamic difficulty adjustment**: When enabled, the monster's health, block and strength gains will exceed the original limit of 4 people and continue to grow, ensuring that large-scale battles are still challenging. This feature can be turned on and off in the settings screen.

🎮 Installation Guide
**Windows**
- Download the latest `sts2-RMP-[version].zip` file from the **Releases** page.
- Unzip the compressed package and copy the internal `RemoveMultiplayerPlayerLimit` folder to your game directory: `/mods/`.

**macOS (Apple Silicon)**
macOS requires placing the module in the `.app` package and running the game under Rosetta 2.
**NOTE**: Some macOS players are encountering `unknown ca` / `BadCert` errors when joining multiplayer games. This mod now enables a macOS-only TLS solution during multiplayer handshakes. If you require the original behavior, you can edit `config.ini` to disable this solution.
- Download the latest `sts2-RMP-[version].zip` file from the **Releases** page.
- Unzip the compressed package and copy the internal `RemoveMultiplayerPlayerLimit` folder to:

- Use **one** of the following methods to run the game under Rosetta 2:
- **Option A — Finder (recommended)**: Navigate to `SlayTheSpire2.app`, right-click > **Get Info**, check "Open with Rosetta". Then double-click `SlayTheSpire2.app` to launch it directly (**Don't** launch it through Steam as it may overwrite Rosetta settings).
- **Option B — Terminal**: Open a terminal and run the appropriate command.
- The mod will be automatically enabled on startup.
**Linux (Ubuntu)**
Linux uses the same mod folder layout as Windows.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
