Allows starting a new game without discarding existing saves

✨ **More Saves** Modified the archive processing mechanism of "Slay the Spire 2" to support multiple archives existing at the same time!

Installation Guide 🛠️

Find the game installation directory

You can find the game installation directory via:

Right-click "Slay The Spire 2" in Steam, hover the mouse over "Manage", and then click "Browse Local Files".

**Default installation location:**

• **Windows**: `C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Slay the Spire 2\`
• **Mac**: `/Users//Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Slay the Spire 2/`

Install the module

Extract the tarball into your game's `mods` folder (you may need to create this folder first). After installation, the file structure should look similar to:

• **Windows**: `Slay the Spire 2\mods\MoreSaves`
• **Mac** (Control-click SlayTheSpire2.app and select "Show Package Contents"): `SlayTheSpire2.app/Contents/MacOS/mods/MoreSaves`

How to use 📖

• On first launch, existing archives will be moved into the new structure.
• The user interface remains largely unchanged, but on the main menu the **Single Player** button will always be available, as will the **Host Game** in the multiplayer submenu.
• If the interface state doesn't look right, opening and closing any submenu should cause it to refresh.

Use the archive after uninstalling ⚠️

*Please note:* Saves created while **More Saves** is active will not be accessible in-game without this mod.

You can make it available by manually navigating to your profile archive location.

**IMPORTANT NOTE:**

This operation must be performed while "Slay The Spire 2" is running (**MoreSaves is not installed**).

This save must be continued before closing the game, otherwise the copied files will be deleted when the game starts.

**Windows Archive Location:**

• **Modified profile**: `%APPDATA%\SlayTheSpire2\steam\\modded\`
• **Original profile** (if you use UnifiedSavePath or similar mod): `%APPDATA%\SlayTheSpire2\steam\\`

Within this directory, navigate to `saves\MoreSaves`. Move (or copy first for safety) the required archives to:

• Single player save: `saves\current_run.save`
• Multiplayer game save: `saves\current_run_mp.save`

To refresh the main menu (and make the Continue button appear), open the timeline or switch profiles.

💡 **Tip:** This mod is perfect for players who like to take on multiple challenges at the same time or play multiplayer games with different friends, so you no longer have to worry about overwriting valuable save progress!
