ComboHint

🎮 This is a mod designed for **"Slay the Spire 2" early access version**, designed to provide real-time prompts for the effects of special cards in your hand.

It will automatically detect whether your hand contains specific effects, and use the in-game dialogue bubble and the prompt box in the upper right corner to provide real-time reminders.

**Note:** This is a **vibecoding** project and is currently in beta. Please use it with caution and welcome bug reports.

✨ Core Functions

  • **Automatic matching and bubble prompts**: Automatically match card descriptions or names based on the trigger words in the configuration file; when the match is successful, a **dialogue bubble** will pop up, showing "I have [effect]".
  • **Persistent prompt box**: There is a **prompt box** in the **upper right corner** of the screen, which will continuously display the user name and corresponding effects.
  • **Colorful effect display**: Display **color effect** in the game, supporting multiple matching results separated by commas (",").
  • **Convenience Switch**: All features can now be enabled or disabled directly in the game settings.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
