🚀 How to use
1️⃣ Install Mod
Just install and enable this Mod normally.
2️⃣ Start recording
- Start the game and OBS Studio (in any order).
- Start recording (`.mkv` format is recommended).
- Play the game normally (including SL operations).
3️⃣ End of recording
After the recording is completed, two files will be generated in the OBS output folder:
- `xxx.mkv` (original video)
- `xxx.json` (clip timeline data)
4️⃣ Automatic editing
- Place the `Cut.py` script into the above folder.
- Double-click to run the script.
The script will automatically:
- Find matching `.mkv` and `.json` files.
- Call FFmpeg for automatic editing.
- Output final video: `xxx_cut.mkv`.
---
⚙️ Parameter adjustment (very important)
In the `Cut.py` file, the following parameters can be adjusted:
`LOAD_OFFSET = 0.45`
This value is used to control the additional clipping time (unit: seconds) after the Load operation.
**How to adjust? **
This value is not fixed and depends on:
- Your computer performance
- Game loading speed
- SL method used (official/one-click SL)
**Suggested method**:
- Record once with default values.
- Observe the editing results.
- Fine-tune as needed (±0.1 ~ 0.3).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
