Where do JSLOT files go? :
Go to Install Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen/Location Presets <-- smash there
Where do the .nif and .dds files go? :
Go to your installed skyrim/data/skse/addons/chargen <---drop it there
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
