About this mod Machine translation
Added a minion named Yirtiik, which means Jester in Dovahzul, and a weapon called the Staff of Yoros, which is a skeletal dragon. Yolos means fire in Dovahzul
I've encountered a problem:
My character doesn't have the lips he needs to move his lips to where I want him to say. I might be able to get him to talk, but not move his lips like a ventriloquist, which I might need to resort to if I could because I don't want to bother with getting an old CK lip file that will most likely be lost in the conversion. If you really want his lips to move then maybe wait a little longer then I wish I did but I hope you don't really care about the immersion break even then
Yirtiik and Yolos are characters I made a long time ago and I've only recently been able to put them into Skyrim. This mod is still in development and may take me some time since I'm new to Creation Kit. Right now, the character Yirtiik is just a placeholder and I'm hoping there will be a small questline for him to further illustrate his story. As for Yolos, I think he's done. The only thing I need to fix is the staff description which says "Summon Yolos for dur". "dur" means 60 seconds but I don't know why it doesn't do that. Yirtiik is a dark elf vampire who will be coming soon, and not only does he have his own little quest line, but of course his own dialogue. I hope you guys decide to give this little placeholder mod to the boys and girls out there, and if you do, I'd like to know if you want a new follower in the world of Skyrim, or if you don't want one. Since this is my first "mod" I feel cool that players all over the world can have my character, and I can't wait to show off what I've got so far. In a word, ..Yoloth's staff is a bit weird for summoning. Sometimes he needs space, And other times he doesn't care and seems to have a choice when he wants to help ;). Yirtiik has this staff that you can take from him and use it yourself, or you can let him use it when he feels he needs/wants it. Yirtiik are found in Riverwood and are cooked primarily on pots on their exterior, or perhaps leaning against railings. I hope you all like it. I want a follower like this. Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
