Now this resource needs a modder who knows how to turn it into a wearable in-game item in Skyrim or SSE.

Preferably, the watch is suitable for female characters and is worn on the left wrist, with the ring worn on the ring finger of the left hand.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
