About this mod Machine translation
This replaces the original Wintersun esp with my edit of Animal Gods Worship or Old Ways to save you loads on your order.
This changes how you worship "the old way of Skyrim" and how it's described. It also gives you some insight into the lore of the ancient Norse pantheon in descriptions of the effects of various aspects of the deity. Kind of like Dark Souls in a way.
The animal god was changed to an ancient Norse god.
Bear changed to Tsun.
Fox changed to Shor.
The wolf turned into Mara.
Snake was changed to Orkey.
The owl turned into Junal.
Hawke changed to Kane.
The moth becomes Dibella.
Whale changed to Stun.
The dragon transformed into Alduin. (Yes, if you follow the old ways, you are actually worshiping Alduin in the original Wintersun)

Requirements to Follow: Nord (You can no longer worship the Old Path as a Briton. However, if legends are followed, I'm always open to change.)
Racial starting deity: None (unchanged)
"Kill all who stand in your way. Absorb the dragon's soul. Assume our abilities through prayer. The Nords are most deserving of our favor."
Blessing of the Shrine - Animal Killer: Increases attack damage and critical damage against animals by 15%.
Follower - Totemism: Take on the power of an ancient Norse god when sacrificing a gem of 100 gold.
Devotee - Dragon Worship: Able to assume Alduin's power. Charge is 2% per hour.
Require:
You need Wintersun bsa to run this mod. I recommend getting the 3.0.1 version of bsa since esp comes from 3.0.1. I don't know if using bsa from previous versions of the mod or from future versions will work. You can download Wintersun version 3.0.1 in the Old Files section of the mod page.
Install:
Via the mod manager, when it asks to replace the mod in Wintersun-Faith of Skyrim, say "yes" to the mod.
Manually move the esp to the data folder and then overwrite Wintersun's esp.
If you are installing a midway game, make sure your character has not worshiped the Old Way beforehand.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
