Whiterun's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

In Whiterun, behind the Cauldron of Arcadia, Winterhold College opened a branch, which taught basic magic.

There are two new NPCs, Vincent and Consuela. Consuela sells a new spellbook and two new pieces of enchanted jewelry.

Vincent is a skilled change trainer.

Here are the new spells:

Stimulate self-magic card resistance 100%, lasts for 30 seconds.
Irritate Others - All nearby allies are 100% resistant to Magicka for 30 sec.
Wrong Mirror - Reflects non-magical damage to enemies for 15 seconds. Amplitude is 100%
Fury - Weapon speed attack increased by 300% for 30 seconds.
Respect - Charms all nearby people, restores health and strengthens health reg. 100%

New enchanted items:

Dragonbone Ring and Dragonbone Amulet - combined together are very effective against dragons :)

There are also wand enchantments in there that you can use as you wish.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
