The Winter Solstice can be found in Ustengrav Depths. It has the enchantment of Vanilla Frost and cannot be broken down.
Its material is steel and its attributes are equal to those of elves. Using the Arcane Blacksmith perk, steel ingots can be tempered on the grindstone.
Includes double sheathed Redux mesh. If you don't use DSRs, feel free to delete them.
