A brief overview.
This mod fixes the gap to the left of the main Windhelm Gate that was visible when entering the city, and fixes the fact that when you open the Windhelm Gate it opens quite wide and you can see the empty space above it. The other side is pretty harsh and ugly.

Move the main Windhelm door (in Tamriel [Skyrim] world space) slightly to the left, aligning it correctly to fix the gap.
Placing a black plane behind the main Windhelm door when entering the city will solve the problem, i.e. it will open a void with a LOD in your face.
Placing a black plane behind the Windhelm Docks Gate when entering and leaving the city will solve the problem, i.e. it will open a void with the LOD right in your face (on both sides).
Copy the left half of the gate section Windhelm Bridge (from the city side view) into Windhelm world space to establish the fact that it opens into an empty blue void.

This should be compatible with everything except Open Cities, but that's not a problem as Open Cities solves this problem as it puts the entire Windhelm world space version of Windhelm into the Tamriel world space, this mod is designed for everyone who doesn't use Open Cities, so use it or use Open Cities.
Windhelm Bridge as seen from inside Windhelm is Vanilla Windhelm Bridge, if you have a mod that changes Windhelm Bridge it will not show those changes within Windhelm, I will make a patch for the more popular ones if there is a need for it.
