summary
---------- -------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------
Wield Clutter Adds the smaller power "Wield Clutter", making you... lingering.
This spell can be obtained by reading the new book The Handyman's Secret Weapon. Guaranteed copies can be found in the Belethor store in Whiterun, but the book will also appear randomly.
Once obtained, activate the Wield Clutter power-up (see list) using a supported clutter item in your inventory to convert it into a usable weapon or armor!
It almost always has the same weight and value as its clutter counterpart. However, Lockpick daggers and some other items are an exception.
All clutter items are weaker than vanilla weapons and shields, but some clutter items may be equal to or slightly stronger than iron items.

Remark
---------- -------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------
Wield Clutter replaces Hoes, Hot Irons and Hooks with interactive versions. As a result, several locations in the game were slightly modified, but only to replace instances of these items.
Wield Clutter adds a Woodcutting ax and improvised weapon to the Bandit level list, and adds a weaponized cast iron pan to Ratway's chef.
Wield Clutter adds a unique item to Pinewatch.
Wield Clutter also adds weapon type and weapon material data to vanilla Fork and Knife weapons, but keeps their stats the same.
Wield Clutter adds name data to Oar items.
The hot iron that was originally in the ground was brought to Fort Greenwall and Lost Valley Redoubt for forging.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
