Wergild Depreciation - Reduce crime bounties over time (Classic) 2.11

Set crime bounties that decrease over time. Can be set as a percentage, coins, or both. All Holds can be set to a common value, or each Hold can be set to a specific value. Additional options exist and can be configured.

With this mod, crime bounties will gradually decrease over time. Eventually, your bounty becomes zero. You can choose how much to reduce each night, whether it's a percentage, a fixed number of coins, or both. You can choose whether being on a reservation prevents reduction (requiring exile) or only prevents reduction if you are in or near the reservation's capital. You can choose whether acquiring a new bounty will restore all bounties deleted since your bounty was last at zero, or whether only attacks below a certain threshold will be reinstated. You can choose whether to use a single default set for all holds, or customize each hold to treat its bounty differently. at last,

Since the only thing this mod touches is the current bounty of each staging - it will check it every night at midnight and re-determine it if necessary - hopefully it should be compatible with all other mods. I've tried using it in Open City and it's compatible. I've also built in compatibility for Falskaar and Bruma.
