Small immersive mod that allows mercenaries to advertise their services.
I've always found it strange that Skyrim's mercenaries don't advertise their services. I mean, if that's what you do for a living, wouldn't you want people to know about you?
Now they can.
Just talk to any innkeeper in that mercenary group. There will be an option to ask about hiring some help and you will get an ad for a mercenary in that yard. If you already have that specific ad in your inventory, this option won't appear.
Also, for Erik, this is not advertising. Even though he was allowed to become an adventurer, his father still didn't like it. The story is that he wrote a note to the courier and told the innkeeper to throw away his advertisement. No advertising means no customers, which means no risk taking.

Advertisements for Jenassa can be found at the inns in Whiterun, Riverwood and Rorikstead.
Marcurio's ads can be found in the inns in Riften and Ivarstead.
Advertisements for Vorstag can be found in Markarth's Inn and the Old Hroldan Inn south of Soljund's Sinkhole.
Advertisements for Stenvar can be found in hotels in Windhelm and Kynesgrove.
