About this mod Machine translation

This mod adds 46 new war paints for females and 17 for males. They are all used in the race menu.

All new war paint is hand painted by me.

I hope these paints will add more variety to the new and improved Warpaint options you already have for your character.

Description:

This mod adds 46 new military paints for women and 17 for men. They are all used in the race menu. They are used for layering but can also work on their own. It depends on your preference!

All new war paint is hand painted by me.

I hope these paints will add more variety to the new and improved Warpaint options you already have for your character.

Hope you will like it!

How to use:

Some of these military paints are designed specifically for layering. They also work independently, but they may look better if you layer them.

How you layer them and the color you choose is entirely up to you. Maybe you'll find some combinations I couldn't think of that look really good together.

But to make them easier to layer, all the military paints I plan to use together are named in a similar way.

For example: Pallegina_1, Pallegina_2, etc. all belong to the same category.

I hope you'll find it easy to use them in your characters this way.

If this is your first time using Warpaints from RaceMenu:

You can select new warpaints in the Makeup tab of RaceMenu. By default, the vanilla race-specific military paint will be selected. Once you've selected one of the textures you don't want replaced with mine, hover over its name with your mouse and press T to select the new texture. If it still doesn't show, its opacity may still be set to 0. You can change its color by pressing E.

Military paint looks too faded when using certain skin colors or ENB. You can change it up by layering the same military paint twice in the same color.

Installation instructions:

These war paints are in high definition. (2048x2048). In order for them to display correctly in the game, you must edit your SKSE ini. Go to your Skyrim installation folder and open Data->SKSE->SKSE.ini. Open it with the textEditor of your choice and add "iTintTextureResolution=2048" under the [Display] category.

If it does not exist yet, then

to your SKSE.ini.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
