About this mod Machine translation
A simple Waluigi from Mario World (owned by Nintendo) that has been preset and sculpted with data for use with the Racemenu. Mainly using vanilla assets, only the hair is from ApachiiSkyHair, which is not required, but vanilla hair is not suitable either.
I'll do my best to update with mod suggestions/requests if any are needed.
I uploaded this file at the request of an acquaintance on the Discord server for others to enjoy, assuming anyone else wanted Waluigi (that's why a quick search for "Waluigi" and "Wah" from me)

This is a simple RaceMenu preset for Waluigi from the Mario world (owned by Nintendo). I've also included sculpt data for the RaceMenu's head and "beard" (it's a beard, but it's a "beard" to be sure, Bethesda) to more accurately recreate Waluigi in Skyrim. I'm not the best at sculpting, but seeing the Fallout version of Waluigi made me want to try the Skyrim version, so here it is.
To use/install:
I'm not sure how Mod Manager works, I haven't used Mod Organizer in a few years since I learned about it, so I'm sorry if I can't tell you how to install it for NMM. You may want to check the forums or descriptions/reviews of other preset mods if they have additional information for NMM.
For MO you should be able to drop the archive into the downloads folder (located in the MO directory) and install it like anything else and it will automatically drop the presets into the SKSE folder. If you don't, open the archive and manually drag and drop the contents into the SKSE folder of the mods folder (in the MO directory).
The folder path should look like:
ModOrganizer2 \ mods \ SKSE \
SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets CharGen is where the "nif" and "dds" files are, which is the styling data.
While in game, click on the Presets tab at the top right of the screen and press F9 (default key, not sure if it can be remapped) and you should see a window loading the various presets installed in the above directory. Loading "WAH.jslot" and RaceMenu should apply all necessary changes, only the hair is non-vanilla (see mod below).
To sculpt a more accurate face, click the Sculpt tab in the upper right of the screen and press the F9 key. This will open a window with all installed sculpting data. Load "WAH.nif" and Racemenu should apply the changes, you may get an error if hair is missing. If you're strong enough to try, you can move on to additional carvings, which can be a bit more complicated, but you'll learn quickly and just need patience.
Potential issues:
Because I had to awkwardly sculpt the "beard" to make it look closer to Waluigi's beard, it could get clipped on the face/mouth in some expressions, especially if the expression is overly exaggerated. If you play the game in first or third person and rarely look at faces, that shouldn't be a problem, but if you stare at faces and use various emote mods, you might be a little unhappy after looking at the mustache clip. Upper mold, upper lip, teeth, cheeks, etc.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
