Incorporates some dragon roar effects into a balanced master level spell that you can purchase at the Academy of Winterhold.
Dragon Spells by Verzus
Added 7 new master level spells with one of a kind effects from Dragon Share. Their effects, damage, and costs have been balanced so they're certainly some of the most powerful spells in the game, but they're not completely unbalanced. Now you don't have to wait for a grueling cooldown to get the Dragon's Roar effect. (Also polished that disarming shouts are actually useful)

Stage: Becomes weak for 9 seconds.

Phantom Wind: Fires purple projectiles. Enemies killed by projectiles will revert to permanently for you

Meteor: Fires a fire projectile that explodes in a large radius (100 feet). Enemies fail to hit. Lasts 10 seconds.
Glacier: Launch an icy whirlwind, freezing enemies hit by ice for 30 seconds.
Clear: Fires a chain of lightning that disarms enemies hit.
illusion
Transformation time: Slow down time by 9 seconds.
recover
Nova: Fires a projectile that explodes on impact, knocking down enemies without mercy.
