This is a simple replacer mod that replaces the default Bethesda intro with the fus ro'dah scene from Bethesda's "Skyrim: Very Special Edition".

This is a simple replacer mod that replaces the default Bethesda logo with Bethesda's video "Skyrim: Very Special Edition" before the main menu.

This mod should be fully compatible with Skyrim: Special Edition.

I just trimmed it and made a stupid replacer mod out of it.

For anyone looking to replace Bethesda's own, here are the steps:

Get any video file you want

Convert the file to .bik format. This can be done through the RAD video tool.

Rename the .bik file to BGS_Logo.bik

Place the file in /Data/Video in the skyrim folder.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
