This mod adds Imperial swordsman Vector Hyllus (based on the SWTOR character) to Markarth's Silverblood Inn. He's more or less independent despite the need for an "RDO" (Relationship Dialogue Overhaul), although he requires a unique voice type (MaleElfHaughty).
