About this mod Machine translation
A very simple mod designed to add unused NPCs that may have been missed or chosen not to be introduced in the cutting room floor and related mods, and give them targets across Skyrim's vast lands.
*Important news*
I don't have time to revise it anymore, so I don't know if it will be updated by me anytime soon. So as long as I get credit, anyone can feel free to update this mod. No need to ask for permission.
The purpose of this mod is to bring back unused or hidden NPCs in Skyrim game files and repurpose them. As far as I know, none of these NPCs are implemented through other modules such as cutting room floors. I made it myself but decided to share it here. This is a very very simple mod that doesn't do anything extravagant and doesn't add any new quests, items or custom AI for any of the NPCs I reintroduce into the game.

How do mods implement these unused NPCs and items
Castor the Puzzlemaker - An unused dead bandit found in Solstheim. He can be found dead somewhere in Solstheim.
Domna Magia - Bethesda's disabled Imperial Army in Solitude. Now, she's become a Bard at Bards College and will be sandboxing around Solitude.
Drunk Worshiper - Intended for use as a worshiper of Morvunskar in the mission "A Night to Remember", but was disabled by Bethesda. I have her enabled now and she will be sandboxed around Morvunskar.
Hunter Gaziga - Originally a Dawnguard Hunter, he may have been used in the quest line, but was deleted. I changed his name and changed his appearance. He will now patrol the Rift, Dawnguard headquarters, and will also patrol Dawnguard headquarters.
Hrolmir, Reves, Skegrg - 3 unused NPCs intended for the Thieves Guild quest "The Pursuit", now there are new ones appearing, brothers, who have been added to the Thieves Guild. They will roam the Thieves Guild headquarters.
Jolf - Unused NPC, seems to be used as a docker. He has now been realized as a dockworker on the "Lonely Docks".
Makhar Abbas - Intended for use in the abandoned Civil War mission in the game. He is now a hunter and will roam around Whiterun Castle in search of wild animals. (If he doesn't, I'll fix it in a future update.)
Muril - Intended to use Estormo to attack you during the Staff of Magnus questline, but has been removed. You may encounter him on your travels... (make sure you have some decent gear and weapons ;). )
Mysterious Escaped Prisoner - The unused North escapee is now a mysterious Khajiit escapee who jumps out with a ring on his finger. He is an admirer of Mephala and is attracted to her again...
Rogen - Vampire Nord, may have been used as a carriage driver in the Dawnguard. Now implemented as a vampire, he was on the run during Harkon's reign because he threatened the throne and did not agree with Harkon's ways. After Harkon is defeated, he will return to Volkihar Castle and live there. Urchin - Meant to be part of the Dark Brotherhood questline, but never made it into the game. He is now an inmate at Riften Prison. Currently this is the only NPC I have implemented.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
